Performance and application

1、Used for active, disperse and other dyes printing fabrics to remove floating color, can be processed at low temperature to avoid the fabric white ground staining, the general dosage of 0.1 ~ 0.5 g / liter.

2、It can be used to scrub the oil stains on the finished products, especially effective in removing the oil stains on the finished products of silk.

3、It is used as dispersant in the dyeing bath of dispersed and reduced dyestuffs, and the dosage is 0.1～0.5g/liter.

4、It is used in the dyeing pretreatment of acrylic fiber to wash the oil stain, the processing temperature is 50℃, and the dosage of penetrating agent JFC is 0.8~1g/liter.

5、Used in high pressure bath dyeing process of acrylic and wool blended fabrics, the general dosage is about 0.5%.

6, penetrating agent JFC washing power at 40 ℃ is the best, as an emulsifier, the dosage is 10% of the weight of emulsified oil.

Packing and storage and transportation

 Packed in 200Kg iron drum or 50Kg plastic drum. Storage and transportation according to general chemicals. Store in dry and ventilated place. Shelf life is two years.
